Mr. Rahul Parekh, a second generation entrepreneur and a change agent to expose Mahalaxmi Rubtech Limited (MRT) to Technical Textiles (TT) sector. An MBA from USA joined MRT in 1995. He overlooks the Rubber (TT) and Textile (WEAVING). Mr. Rahul Parekh prides himself on his ability to learn about each of his associates current Progress on a fundamental level and then working alongside clients to explore business goals and formulate a plan of action for a successful project.

Mrs. Sangita Shingi has been appointed as a Non –Executive Independent director w.e.f. March 31, 2016. Mrs. Sangita Shingi has a wide experience in Business Administration, Finance, Project Finance, Stock Broking and Mortgage. Mrs. Sangita Shingi is designated as Chairperson of Nomination & Remuneration Committee and Member of Audit committee.

Mr. Balveermal Singhvi is appointed as a Non - Executive Independent Director w.e.f. 01-04-2021. He is re-tired Bank employee having 40 years of rich expertise in Accounting, Auditing, Loans and Banking related matters. His Qualifications are B. Comm. and Diploma in Cost and Works Account. Mr. Balveermal Singhvi is designated as Chairperson of Audit Committee and member of Nomination and Remuneration Committee

Mr. Nehal Shah is appointed as a Non - Executive Independent Director w.e.f 01-10-2021. He holds a degree of Master of Business Administration (MBA). He has an experience of a successful marketing entrepreneur with a leading network marketing company. He has served as the AIESEC Association’s National VP and has been on the AIESEC Ahmedabad Alumni Advisory Board. He is having expertise in real estate development.
